Sales Conditions
1.        All items are described with the greatest care to ensure that our descriptions are reliable and accurate. The descriptions do not, however, constitute any particular guarantee. The illustrations of the scans prevail as regards margins, centering, perforations/separations, postal and other markings, and general appearance. Unless otherwise stated each item is sold as genuine and authentic. Claims concerning quality and authenticity of single items must be made in writing within three days after receipt of the goods. In the case of collections or collective lots containing two or more stamps which are not described individually, no claims will be accepted regarding quality and authenticity. Complaints must also be refused if the stamps or covers are not returned in the original condition, or if they have been in any way altered or manipulated after receipt by the buyer. Covers or other postal history items cannot be rejected on the basis of small faults such as tears of less than 5mm, light creases, small stains, partially removed back flaps or other smaller faults if they do not affect the  adhesives or markings.

2.        All goods remain the property of the seller until paid for in full. The buyer shall pay the selling price including the cost of postage/shipping. Payment shall be made immediately upon receipt of the invoice and before the items are dispatched, unless prior alternative arrangements have been agreed to.
